Self assessment details
It is advisable to check the Self Assessment Details report. IRIS automatically maps each account number to a box on the return. However no two clients are the same and it is inevitable that in some cases minor adjustments to the mapping will be required.
In the case of Hector it can be seen that account 269 has been used for subsistence. However, in the standard mapping file this account is mapped to the general administration box rather than travel and subsistence. To make a change in the account mapping the Setup option must be used.
