The IRIS Community is a portal where you can create and monitor technical support cases with our dedicated teams. Additionally, you'll have access to Chat where you can speak with an expert.

Self Help

  • Access knowledge articles relating to the products you have with IRIS

Cases

  • Create new cases, and view and manage your existing cases

Assets (Products)

  • View the software, products, hardware and/or services you've purchased with IRIS

Contacts

  • View contacts that have been approved by your organisation to engage with us

  • If you're an IRIS Community Administrator, add and manage contacts

Support Entitlements

  • View the type of support for each Asset you have with IRIS (e.g. Digital only, Telephone)

  • View the contact details for your Account Development Executive
