What is the IRIS Community?

The IRIS Community is a portal where you can create and monitor support cases with our dedicated teams. Additionally, if you require technical support, you will have access to Chat where you can speak with an expert.

An Overview of the Portal

Home

  • Create new cases.

  • Receive notifications of important messages from IRIS.

  • View cases that require your attention.

Self Help

  • Access knowledge articles relating to the products you have with IRIS.

Cases

  • Create new cases, and view and manage your existing cases.

Assets (Products)

  • View the software, products, hardware or services you have purchased with IRIS.

Contacts

  • View contacts that have been approved by your organisation to engage with us.

  • If you are an IRIS Community Administrator, add and manage contacts.

Support Entitlements

  • For technical support, view the type of support for each Asset you have with IRIS, for example digital support only, or telephone.

IRIS Contacts

  • Access useful contacts within IRIS.

  • View the contact details for your Account Development Executive.

Chat

  • For technical support, chat with an expert.
