A Service Request is a request for an activity that is part of a service you pay for. When you log a Service Request you will be asked to provide additional, specific information.

A Service Request is not the same as a Technical Service Request.

Types of Service Requests:

• Third party access request Service Request

• New Software Installation Service Request

• Callback Service Request

• Out of hours Service Request

• SAGE upgrade Service Request

• User Amendment Service Request (New Hosting Customers)
