Chat with an Expert

You can chat with IRIS using the Chat with an Expert icon.

This can be found on the Chat with an Expert page, as well as in the bottom right hand corner of the Home, Cases, Assets (Products), and Contacts too.

The initial Chat screen will allow you to choose the required team, from Customer Support, Billing Query, Renewals, or Licensing.

You will then be prompted to either type the name of your product, or select further options, depending on which team has been selected.
