Deal with cases requiring your attention
If your case requires attention, e.g. the IRIS Service Team need further information, or they have tried to contact you, your case will be marked as requiring your attention. A comment is added to your case and an email sent to the email address of the person who raised the case.
If a response is not received, a further email is sent. If no response is received, the case will not progress further. It is therefore, important to respond in a timely manner.
To respond to the request for further information, simply add a comment to the case.
