Client locking portfolio

The Client Locking portfolio displays a list of clients for the selected Partner or Manager. Each line provides information regarding the client's Office, Status, whether the client receives statements, the default billing type (Invoice or RFP), whether a purchase order is required and whether the client name and address are locked for billing.

Actions enable you to navigate to the Client dashboard, Client Details page, or Client Extended Details page.

  1. Select Portfolios > Billing Portfolio from the menu.

     
  2. From the Billing Portfolio page, select Locking Information the drop-down list at the top of the page.
  3. Select the criteria from the Display items where the list. The results are displayed immediately. You can change the grid display in the usual way.
