Delete job questionnaire templates

You cannot delete job questionnaires templates once they have been used for a job. If you want to prevent a questionnaire template from being used, click Edit Questionnaire (as shown in the following graphic), then deselect the Active checkbox.

Select Admin > Taskpad from the menu, then select Questionnaires.

Select Delete Questionnaire from the list. A message prompts for confirmation that you want to delete. Click Yes.
