Create task classes

Practice Admin Managers Partners Job Admin

The task class is used to categorise tasks and depict the job class which can then be used for reporting purposes.

  1. Select Admin > Categories from the menu.

  2. From the Practice Engine Web Control page, select General Categories from the list.

  3. Scroll down the list of categories, then select Task Class.

  4. From Task Class, click Add.

  5. Enter a Code (numeric only) and Description.

  6. If required enter a number in the Order field to identify where in the list the new class should appear.

  7. Ensure that Active is selected if you want the class to be immediately available.

  8. Click Save.
