How to use this beta help centre
Please note that this is a beta version of the help centre and is partially complete. We are continuing to add content on a regular basis.
Content is only applicable to the latest version. For earlier versions, please refer to the user guides available from ZenDesk.
The IRIS Practice Engine help centre lets you search for answers, browse topics, and get the information you need to get your job done.
The help centre opens in your default browser and automatically adjusts to fit your device. Click the IRIS Practice Engine logo at the top left at any time to go back to the home page.
Search for answers
Enter a search term on the home page or click the spyglass icon in the banner at the top of the page and enter a search term. The list filters as you type and you can select the topic you want to view.
Navigate topics
Use the table of contents in the left panel to browse the content structure and select the topic you want to view.
Content updates
The help content is updated regularly, in alignment with platform releases and user feedback. Let us know how we can improve by emailing us at content-design@iris.co.uk.
