Record prospect business information

Here, you can record business information for the prospect.

On the Business tab, enter any marketing and source information:

  • Field
  • Description
  • Industry - used to segment prospects by industry sector
  • Business Type - used to segment prospects by business type
  • Office - the office that the prospect will belong to
  • Source - comes from the Source of Client category
  • Source Contact - also known as referrer. Used as a lookup field against existing contacts
  • Source Name - enter the referrer if not an existing contact
  • Rating - controlled by the Client Rating category. A way of categorising your clients
  • Ownership - comes from the Ownership Codes category. Used to determine the type
    of entity the prospect is
  • Staff Responsible - assign a staff member to the prospect
