Delete clients
Only clients which have a status of Lost and do not have any transactions against them can be deleted.

Use the Find Items tab to find the required client and add them to the Batch using the Batch option from the Action menu next to the Columns button.

The clients that have been added to the batch can be reviewed using the Review Batch tab.

From the Perform Action tab, select Delete Clients from the action drop-down. The action details drop down provides confirmation that the clients should be deleted. The Start button will only become available when it has been confirmed that the client’s should be deleted.

Click Start to delete the clients. The Batch Job Monitor window will be displayed. DO NOT Close the window until the batch has been fully processed.
The batch results can be reviewed from the Review Log tab.
