Bulk print RFP receipts

The RFP Receipts tab allows for the bulk printing of RFP receipts. The list of receipts can be filtered by Organisation, Office, Department, Partner, Manager and a date range.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Banking Administration and select the BULK RFP Receipt Printing tab.

    From here, you can print any RFP Receipts that have not yet been printed or have a status of unprinted, or you can reprint RFP receipts that have already been marked as printed.

  2. Use the date range to filter the receipts you want to print. The date reflects when the RFP Receipt was created, so this will normally be the date that the receipt was posted to the client’s DRS Transactions.

  3. Click Refresh to display the RFP receipts that match the selected criteria.

    Each line will display information relating to the output format, date of the receipt, client, reference, amount. If the RFP receipt has already been generated, a thumbnail will be available for preview.

  4. Edit the receipts using the icon to the right of the preview, if required. From here you can edit the name and address, along with any details against the component lines. Changing the amount on any line will update the tax amount to ensure that the totals are unchanged.

  5. Select the RFP Receipts that are to be printed using the checkboxes to the left of each receipt. You can select all using the option at the top of the grid.

  6. Select the delivery format to be used and then click Print to print/email the selected RFP receipts.
