Draft Bill Confirm Queue

The Draft Bill Confirm Queue displays all bills that are currently in the process of being confirmed or printed. The page has 3 tabs:

• Awaiting Confirmation - shows all bills that are still to be confirmed
• Awaiting Printing - shows confirmed bills that are still to be printed
• Everything - shows both together

Once confirmed and printed the drafts will drop off the lists. If there is a problem with the confirmation or printing of any bill, the status will be displayed along with a message indicating the nature of the failure.

Each line will have an action of Remove from Queue available to allow the bill to be removed from the queue. If the draft fails confirmation there will be an option to Resubmit for Confirmation and if the draft fails to print, there will be an option to Reprint.

If for any reason, there has been a problem with the confirmation or printing process there are 4 buttons at the top of the page to allow the queued items to be removed in bulk:

• The Clear All Confirm Failed will removes all drafts with a status of confirm failed.
• The Clear All Unconfirmed button removes all drafts listed on the Awaiting Confirmation list.
• The Clear All Print Failed button removes all drafts with a status of print failed.
• The Clear All Unprinted removes all drafts listed on the Awaiting Printing list.

These can be very handy if someone attempts to reprint thousands of old bills which have not previously been printed.

Auto Bill Draft Queue

This page displays all bills that have the automatic options of Draft, Draft and Confirm or Draft, Confirm and Email and are currently being processed.

Once bills have been drafted, they will be removed from the page. Any bill that fails to be processed will be displayed with a message indicating the nature of the failure. Drafted bills can be found in the regular Draft Bill Confirm Queue.

Each line will have an action of Delete available to allow the bill to be removed from the queue.
