Reverse zero bills

Any Zero Bill can be reversed – called a Zero Bill reversal. This process will reinstate all WIP that was written off or allocated with its original information.

1. Zero Bills can be reversed either from the Client Dashboard in the Drafts dashlet or from the Client menu.

2. To reverse the Zero Bill, click Reverse next to the selected zero bill.

3. Click OK to confirm the reversal or click Cancel to cancel.
