Print bulk bills

The Billing Administration page, found within the Admin menu, provides a central page to set and manage global and organisation billing settings as well as being able to generate recurring bills, bulk print bills, create and manage Billing Schedule templates and view and manage the draft bill queues.
Bulk Bill Printing
Bulk Bill Printing provides the tools to print bills and credit notes in bulk. Bills can be filtered by Organisation, Office, Department, Transaction Type (Invoices, RFP, or credit note), Bill Partner or Bill Manager.
You can print either the Unprinted bills or Reprint.

Use the date range From and To to select all bills with a bill date within the specified period.

Click Refresh to display a list of bills to be printed based on the selections made.

Each line in the list of bills displays the Delivery Format for the bill, the Bill Date, the Client Code, the Client Name, the Bill Partner, the Bill Manager, the Bill Ref, and the total of the bill. A preview of the bill is available.
A spinning icon next to any line indicates that the preview hasn’t finished generating yet whilst a static red icon next to any line indicates there has been a problem generating the preview of the bill.

Use the checkboxes against each line to select which ones will be printed. Once selected, the Print button will become available. The Print button will only become available for the format that has been selected. If bills have been selected whose previews are still being generated the Print button will not become available until all selected bills previews are ready.

Click Print to generate a preview of the selected bills. The bills can then be printed from the preview dialog.

A Confirm Printing dialog is displayed when you click Close on the preview if you are printing Unprinted bills. Click Yes to mark the bills with a status of printed.

Click No to mark the bills as Unprinted.

When emailing bills, the Email Bill dialog is displayed. The To field is automatically populated by the system from the Credit Contact Email address in the Client Details.

Fields allowing additional CC and BCC addresses to be entered are available. Standard Email Wording can also be selected. Any selected wording can be adjusted to suit requirements.

Click Send to email the bills. The bills themselves are sent as attachments to the email.
