Manage recurring bills

The Recurring Bills Admin page displays a list of all recurring bills that are currently set up. These are filtered into Active and Inactive recurring bills. Use the search box to search for a client, transaction type, frequency, or organisation. Each line provides information about the amount of the recurring bill and when it was last run.

You can Add, Edit or Delete the recurring bills.

Add a new recurring bill

  1. From the Recurring Bills Admin page, select Add.

  2. Search for the relevant client and select the Create Bill button

  3. The Client Recurring Bill Details page will open, where you can enter the details of the recurring bill.

  4. You can add Line Items in the next tab and view the History of the recurring bill.

  5. Select Apply to save.
