The usual payslip window will appear and will allow you to select how to you want to print your payslips.

The payslip types can be seen on the left. Mark which payslip type you wish to produce. If you want to have the option to change the printing options every time the payslips are printed, check the Check Spacing and Print Options box at the top of the screen. You can also amend the date to be printed on the payslips for the dates button. From the pop-up screen that will appear, locate the pay frequency you are printing payslips for and amend the date accordingly.

Click Print (or Do it) to generate the payslips. The files will be saved to the output folder specified in the payslip type setup or printed on stationary. If you are using printed payslips, you should load the stationary now.

If you see a message like the following, you will need to act:

This means that IRIS Payrite cannot save the payslip files under that name, if you click the Yes button you will be able to select a different name.

If you have sent ePayslips, a confirmation will be displayed when processing is complete, and a summary email sent.
