Full data entry - multiple posts

The layout of the Full Data Entry screen in the Multiple Post module in IRIS Payrite is different.

The information in the Hours and Holidays tab is greyed-out and supplemented with extra tabs for hours – there is one for each post that the employee holds, so if an employee had two posts, there would be two extra tabs, for three jobs there would be three extra tabs and so forth.

These tabs are numbered, and display the post reference on them.

These tabs allow entry of both hours and any pay for components related to the post
