Entering multi post hours

For hourly paid posts, you can enter the hours for the period directly against each post. If the post is hourly, the ‘Salary’ row is replaced with one entitled ‘Basic’.

  1. Click on the Payrun icon.

  2. Click the Full Data Entry button.

  3. Select the employee you wish to amend values for to using the navigation bar.

  4. Next to the Hours and Holidays tab, you will see a tab for each post the employee holds.

  5. Locate the post that you wish to enter data for and click on the tab.

  6. At the top of the screen, you will see a set of fields for Basic and Overtime.

  7. In the Basic row, enter the amount of hours worked in the period in the left-hand field.

  8. You will see the pay value calculate automatically in the right-hand field.

  9. Click Save to confirm, and repeat for all posts that need basic hours entered.
