First login

When a customer logs in for the first time after IRIS Payrite has upgraded, they are presented with several messages.

  1. An option to backup your configuration file. If this has already been carried out prior to the update it can be ignored by selecting the tick box.

    This will take you to the normal login process, login as a “Supervisor”, and you will be prompted to make required modifications, Select OK.

  2. The Release Notes will then display on screen, simply minimise until convenient to read.

  3. The next screen will be a prompt to backup your EDI details. If this has already been carried out it can be ignored by selecting the tick box.

  4. The final step will take you to the normal Payroll selection window, select the payroll required and modify the files to the latest version. Select Yes to continue.

  5. Once again you will be asked to backup your payroll before modifying, which can be ignored if already carried out.

The message to modify payrolls will always present itself upon first selection of each payroll following an upgrade.
