Delete absence messages

  1. Click Absence.

  2. On the Data menu, click Enter Absence Messages.

  3. Select the employee. A list of absences is displayed.

  4. Select the absence you want to delete, then click the bin icon on the toolbar. A message is displayed.

  5. Click Delete the message completely. The absence is removed. If the absence is being paid in an open pay run, the pay run values are removed.
