Delete absence from the calendar

  1. Click Absence.

  2. On the Data menu click Enter Absence Patterns.

  3. Locate the employee and on the calendar double-click the absence you want to delete.

  4. Right-click on the absence and click Delete this Message. A message is displayed.

  5. Click Delete the message completely. The absence is removed from the calendar. If the absence is being paid in an open pay run, the pay run values are removed.
