Absence calendar

Use the Absence Calendar to record absence and view employee absence patterns.

To view the calendar, on the Data menu click Enter Absence Patterns.

There are two views:

• Absence codes (above)

• SSP entry only

You can identify each period of absence by the colour - the key is shown on the right.

If you have entered sickness on the SSP screen, the entries are small boxes in the top left corner of each date.
