Hosted customers
For those customers that work on our hosted site, you will be aware that space on the allocated drives is limited, so we ask that documentation saved on the hosted site is kept to a minimum.
If you find that space has begun to run out and errors start occurring, please look to remove some of your saved backups and documentation from the hosted environment safely to another location.
We would also recommend that your files are saved and stored neatly. For example:

Within the monthly folders the folders can be broken down further to show the difference in backups, reports and perhaps any RTI submission reports.

This will help to keep all files in a neat and orderly manner, with files easily found if needed and all documents and backups are kept together.
