Check employees email addresses

It is recommended you go though the list of employees and check the email address.

To add or edit an email address:

  1. Open IRIS Payroll Basics.

  2. Select the Employee menu.

  3. Select Alter Current Employee.

  4. Select the first employee.

  5. The email address is found on the General tab.

  6. Save when complete.

    You can move between employees by selecting forward and back from the toolbar.
