Population Statistics – Employees

There are a number of statistical charts are available (listed below) within ‘Population Statistics – Employees tab’. These charts are based on a ‘data in arrears’ snapshot taken on the last day of every month (latest date shown on the page).

Available charts:

  • Employee User Statistics
    – Use this chart to visualise the proportion of total employees (by ‘status’).

  • Number of Employees & CIS Subcontractors
    - View the split & movement of employees versus CIS Subcontractors by month or period.

  • Number of Starters & Leavers
    - View Starters & Leavers by month or period. See how the numbers fluctuate seasonally and to analyse changes in the workforce.

  • Gender
    - View the gender split between male and female for the workforce you support. Use this data to support Gender reporting.

  • Unique Employee User Visits
    - This is an indication of how many employees in the workforce you pay actually log-in to view their payslips and data.

To access statistics:

  1. Go to the My ePay Window website at https://www.myepaywindow.com/.

  2. Enter your registered username and password and select Login.

  3. Select Statistics.

  4. Select the required chart.

Employee User Statistics

Use this chart to visualise the proportion of total employees (by ‘status’) under management in My ePay Window.

 

The figure in the centre of the donut is the total number of employees (includes CIS) being paid by your payroll department. This can be used to support ‘on-boarding’ the as yet ‘unregistered’ employees.

By Month

  • Select the Month of data you require.

  • Hover over the percentages to see the total of each chart slice.

  • Select the legend at the top of the chart to remove chart slices.

By Period

  • Select the range of data you require.

  • Hover over the bar graph to see the total breakdown for the month.

  • Select the legend at the top of the chart to remove sections.

Employees & CIS Subcontractors

View the split & movement of employees versus CIS Subcontractors by month or period. Useful to see how the numbers fluctuate seasonally and to analyse the growthin the workforce you support.

Starters & Leavers

View Starters & Leavers by month or period. See how the numbers fluctuate seasonally and to analyse changes in the workforce. Visualise the specific months where there are spikes in starters/leavers.

Gender

View the gender split between male and female for the workforce you support per month or period. Use this data to support Gender reporting.

Unique Employee User Visits

Use this chart to see the number of Employee unique ‘visits’ per month or over a period. This is an indication of how many employees in the workforce you pay actually log-in to view their payslips and data. This information can help you in campaigns with your employers to encourage usage.
