Employer Statistics
There are a number of statistical charts are available (listed below) within ‘Employer Statistics’. These charts are based on a data in arrears snapshot taken on the last day of every month (latest date shown on the page).
Available charts:
1. Employer User Statistics
- This chart shows the total number of Employer level user and their enrolment status across all the employers you manage on My ePay Window.
2. Number of My ePay Window & ePayslips employers
- Use this chart to see the number of employers managed by your payroll department on My ePay Window or ePayslips and the variance from the previous month.
3. Unique Employer user visits
- Use this chart to see the number of Employer unique ‘visits’ per month or over a period.
4. Storage used
- This chart shows the data storage used by your payroll department for documents across your employers and also the total number of documents residing on My ePay Window.
5. Documents exchanged
- View the total number of documents exchanged with all of your employers for the month or period and visualise document exchange trends.
To access statistics:

Go to the My ePay Window website at https://www.myepaywindow.com/.

Enter your registered username and password and select Login.

Select Statistics.

Select Employer Statistics.

Select the required chart.
Employer User Statistics
Purpose – This chart shows the total number of Employer level user and their enrolment
status across all the employers you manage on myePayWindow.
By Month
Select the Month of data you require.
Hover over the percentages to see the
total of each chart slice.
Click the legend at the top of the chart
to remove chart slices.

2. My ePay Window & ePayslips Employers
Purpose – Use this chart to see the number of employers managed by your payroll
department on My ePay Window or ePayslips and the variance from the previous month.
View the data for a single month or a period and use this to target those employers who
will need to migrate to My ePay Window before April 2020.
Click on the download icon to produce an excel spreadsheet of ePayslip Employers.

3. Unique Employer User Visits
Purpose – Use this chart to see the number of Employer unique ‘visits’ per month or over
a period. This is an indication of how many employers in the workforce you pay actually
actively log-in to access the payslip information you provide. This data can help you in
campaigns with your employers to encourage usage.

4. Total Storage Used
Purpose – This chart shows the data storage used by your payroll department for
documents across your employers and also the total number of documents residing on
myePayWindow. You can view this for a specific month or for a period.
Note: You can also see this on a per employer basis via the ‘Employer’ listing and
‘Statistics’
action.
