Removing an employer
If an Employer leaves you as a client, you will need to instruct us to remove-anonymise the data so that it is no longer visible nor accessible via the Portal. When we do this the Employer and all of the data related to the employer are removed, therefore all employee and payslip data will no longer be visible. To allow Employers and Employees to download data prior to removal there is normally a 3-month notice period for removal.
This action cannot be undone so we need you to confirm your instructions in writing to our support desk.
