Removing Payroll Department users

You have the option to delete a user or de-activate them.

  1. Go to the My ePay Window website at https://www.myepaywindow.com/.

  2. Enter your registered username and password and select Login.

  3. Select Administration.

  4. Your available payroll department users are displayed.

  5. Select + to expand the details of the user.

  6. Select Delete.

  7. Select Delete to confirm.

Good to know
There is an option to de-activate the user - this keeps the account but blocks the user access.

Additional information for IRIS Payroll Professional:
There are restrictions depending upon the User’s Portal status. If you need to delete a Staff user go to Admin, Staff, Delete In Payroll Professional Staff Users can only be deleted when their Portal status is ‘Unregistered’ If you try to delete a Staff user not in ‘Unregistered’ status, you will receive an error message.
