Handling users without a MEPW account

My ePay Window uses IRIS Identity login, which is shared across multiple IRIS products (e.g., Staffology, Reach, Elements). Users may assume they can access My ePay Window simply because they have an IRIS Identity—but that’s not always the case.

Scenario A: No Account Exists

2. System Response

  • Message displayed: “You do not have a My ePay Window account. Check the details and try again.”

3. Options Provided

  • Help Centre: Link to support resources.
  • Return to Login Page: Redirects user back to the login screen.

Scenario B: Account Deactivated

1. Attempted Login

  • A previously valid user attempts to log in after deactivation.

2. System Response

  • Message displayed: “Your account has been deactivated. Please check the details and try again.”
