Updating and enabling Multi-Factor Authentication settings

This guide explains how users can update their Multi-Factor Authentication methods and password using the new OKTA-integrated security settings in My ePay Window.

Steps to Update Security Settings

• Sign in to My ePay Window using your IRIS Identity credentials.

• Choose the User Account you want to update settings for.

• Select your name in the top-right corner.
  
  

2. Access Security Settings

• Go to My Settings > My Account.

• Select the new option: Update Your Security.

  

3. Verify Identity

• You will be prompted to verify your identity to access the IRIS Identity dashboard.

• Choose Send Me an Email to receive a verification link.
  
  

4. Open the Email

• Select Sign In from the email sent by IRIS Identity.

  

5. Update MFA and Password

• You will be redirected to the Security Methods page.
• From here, you can: 
  • Set up MFA using: 
    • Okta Verify
    • Security Key or Biometric Authenticator
    • Google Authenticator

• Update your password.
