New user registration using IRIS Identity

This guide provides a clear, step-by-step walkthrough for logging into My ePay Window and activating your IRIS account. It covers everything from the initial login process to setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), accessing your dashboard, and logging out securely, this guide ensures a smooth and secure experience while maintaining access to essential payroll applications.

Step-By-Step

1. Invitation Email

  • You’ll receive an email from donotreply@mypaywindow.com inviting you to register.

  • Select Register Now to begin the on-boarding process.

2. Registration Link

  • Select the link to go to the new login screen.
  • The design now reflects IRIS Identity’s branding with updated colours and logos.

3. Enter Details

  • Fill in your personal information.

  • Select Next once all fields are completed.

4. Accept Terms & Conditions

  • Review the Data Protection Terms and Conditions.

  • Scroll down and select Accept

  • The Next button will activate—click it to proceed.

5. Email Address Setup

  • Enter your email address to link your My ePay Window account.

  • Multiple accounts can be linked to the same email.

  • Select Complete Registration.

6. Email Confirmation

  • You will receive another email from donotreply@mypaywindow.com with a link to create your password.
  • Check your junk/spam folder if it doesn’t appear.
  • Select the Activate IRIS Account link. 

7. Password Setup

  • Set and confirm your password.

  • You’ll be notified once both entries match.

  • Select Next.

8. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

  • MFA setup is optional unless enforced by your employer or bureau.

  • If required, choose one of the available authentication methods.

  • Otherwise, skip and click Continue.

9. Accessing the IRIS Identity Dashboard

  • You will be taken to the IRIS Identity dashboard.

  • From here, you can access other IRIS products (e.g., Reach, Elements, Staffology Payroll) if available.

  • Select My ePay Window to enter your dashboard.

10. Logging Out

  • Select Logout from the dashboard.
  • You will be returned to the home screen.
  • Enter your username and proceed with login as usual.
  • After initial setup, users will no longer see the IRIS Identity dashboard during login.
