Firewall / whitelist
These are caused when your PC doesn’t have a direct connection to the internet eg. connected via a proxy server or firewall.
To resolve the following URLs will need to be added to your proxy/firewall exceptions:
https://webapi.myepaywindow.com/ResourceServer.Api
https://webapi.myepaywindow.com/AuthorizationServer.Api
This may need to be completed on each computer publishing to My ePay Window
