Withdrawing consent

Consent

Every user must provide consent on registration. If you wish to withdraw consent after registration you can select I do not agree. This action will deactivate you immediately, notifications will be sent to the Employer and Payroll department.

Any user that declines consent will need to be re-invited if they subsequently decide they want to use the Portal.

You can access the settings by:

  1. Go to the My ePay Window website at https://www.myepaywindow.com/.

  2. Enter your registered username and password and select Login.

  3. Select your name from the top banner.

  4. Select Privacy and Terms.

  5. Select I do not agree.

  6. A message "If you withdraw your consent your access to this website will be stopped immediately and we will send a notification to your Employer." will show.

  7. To continue and to withdraw your consent select ‘Withdraw consent’ or ‘Cancel’ to go back.Withdraw Consent
