2 Factor Authentication (2FA)
Activate 2FA
Looking for 2 step authentication (2SA)?
Your employer or payroll department may enforce the use of 2SA security on accounts. If not, you can elect to activate 2SA on your own account.

Log in to your account at www.myepaywindow.com

From the top banner, select your name, then select My Settings.

Select My Account.

From Use additional authentication as part of logon process select Enable 2FA.

Select Enable.

Select Confirm on the message.
To use 2 factor authentication you must have downloaded a smartphone authenticator app. Microdoft Authenticator Android | iPhone or Google Authenticate Android | iPhone.

Scan or copy/paste the QR code to link your account to the app.
If you are using your smartphone for first time authentication, either copy and paste the long code or hold your finger down on the QR code. You will be asked if you wish to open in “Authenticator”. Your chosen authenticator app will open, and you will be asked to add the token.

On Subsequent login you will be required to enter a code generated by the app.

If you are unable to access your smartphone you can reset 2FA during the logon process. select Forgot Authenticator and enter your username to receive an email link to verify your identity and reset 2FA.

If you wish to Remove 2 Factor Authentication, select Remove 2FA to remove the process from your login
Disable 2FA
You will not be able to disable 2FA if it has been enforced by your employer or payroll department.

Log in to your account at www.myepaywindow.com

From the top banner, select your name, then select My Settings.

Select My Account.

Select Remove 2FA.

Select Confirm on the message.

You are returned to the login screen, enter your username and password. Select Login.

2SA is now removed from your account.
