Using the Employee Verification - GDPR menu

The options in the Employee Verification GDPR menu allow you to restrict the information sent to the EVC platform, delete an employee's payroll data from the platform, and generate a SAR (subject access request) report of the employee's data.

To perform any of these actions:

  1. Go to the Employee menu and select Employee Verification GDPR.

    An employee list displays.

  2. Choose an employee from the list and select OK.

  3. A screen displays showing three options:

    • Stop Sending Employee Data - stops an employee's data from sending to the EVC platform.

    • Delete Employee Data - removes the employee's data from the EVC platform.

    • Request Employee Data - generates a report of the data held in the EVC platform.

  4. Select the option you require and confirm your decision.
