Creating or importing employees?

Find out more

  1. Open the required company.

  2. Go to Employees.

  3. Select the required employee.

  4. Select Employment.

  5. Enter the required information:

    • Job Title: The name of the role or job.

      Optional

    • Start Date: The date the employee started working with the company.

      Required

    • Continuous Start Date:

      Optional

    • Payroll Code: Generated automatically. This can be changed.

      Required

    • Declaration.

      This will not change, even when you move into the new year.

    • Change of Payroll Id.

    • On Hold.
