Tags
Tags are a way of grouping employees for any reason in addition to departments.
Example:
If you are running a project with employees from different departments, you could tag those within the project or if you have employees across the UK, you could tag them with the area or area manager.

Select the required employer.

Go to your company name > Settings.

Select Tags.

Select Add Tag.
You can assign tags to an employee.
