Mail logs
All emails sent on your behalf are logged so that you can confirm they are sent or diagnose any problems.
To view an email log
- 
                                                            Go to the employer and choose Settings and then Mail Logs. All emails that we’ve attempted to send are listed here. 
- 
                                                            Select any entry to view the content of the email and any attachments. 
- 
                                                            If there is a problem sending an email, the error details display here. 
- 
                                                            After resolving any issues, select the email and choose to resend email, if required.
