Create/Edit Deduction(s) and assign bank details.

Configure BACS Other, selecting deduction(s) to include.
Configure Other Deductions BACS
In order to include certain deductions in an Other Deductions BACS file, you need to ensure you set these deductions to Include in BACS and have Bank Details set up.
To do this:

From Company > Alter Payments/Deductions, select the deduction you want to include in the Other Deductions BACS (or Add a new one and complete the other setup fields as required).

Select Edit and then Include in BACS.

Select Bank Detailsand complete the Bank Details screen (with the bank details you need to pay the deduction amount into) and select OK.
The Bank Details button and Include in BACS tick box are available if + or is Deduction, Deduction Exempt from Community Charge or Deduction with Compound Interest. They are not available for deductions that are also Attachment of Earnings Orders.
