Can I unlock a pay period that has been closed in IRIS HR?

Yes, you can unlock the last pay period closed in IRIS HR. To do this:

1. In payroll, from the Select Frequency to unlock drop-down, choose from Weekly, 2-weekly, 4-weekly, Monthly or Quarterly *.

2. Once you have selected the relevant period, select Unlock.

3. A message will display, select Yes to confirm the unlock of the date range or No to cancel the process.

* Only frequencies configured in Company > Payroll Calendar will show in the drop-down list.
