How do I create a Pay Frequency in HR?

In HR, go to System Tools.

Choose Lookup Tables.

Select Payroll and from the drop-down, choose Pay Type.

Select Create New.

From the Type drop-down, select Pay Type.

Next to Lookup, enter your pay frequency i.e. Weekly.

Enter Pay Period Frequency – this is how many periods there are in the year for the selected Lookup:

Weekly = 52
-
2-weekly = 26
-
Monthly = 12
-
4-weekly = 13
