The options in the Employee Verification GDPR menu allow you to restrict the information sent to the EVC platform, delete an employee's payroll data from the platform, and generate a SAR (subject access request) report of the employee's data.

Safe and secure
Data is shared under the terms of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), (Undefined variable: General.Experian and Equifax) is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

If an employer chooses to opt a company from (Undefined variable: General.Experian and Equifax), during an application process the employee is required to provide their data to the financial service provider using other methods.

To perform any of these actions:

1. Go to the Employee menu and select Employee Verification GDPR.

   An employee list displays.

2. Choose an employee from the list and select OK.

3. A screen displays showing three options:

   • Stop Sending Employee Data - stops an employee's data from sending to the EVC platform.

   • Delete Employee Data - removes the employee's data from the EVC platform.

   • Request Employee Data - generates a report of the data held in the EVC platform.

4. Select the option you require and confirm your decision.
