NHS Pension Reports (Scotland)

IRIS KashFlow Payroll

This is completed after the year end process.

To produce the NSR03:

  1. Select the required company.

  2. Select Reports > GP Pension Reports.

    Select Reports > GP Pension Reports.

  3. Select the year.

  4. Select a report to export and choose NSR03.

  5. Go to Format and choose CSV.

  6. Select Export to produce the NSR03.

  7. Upload the file to the SPPA at https://edm.pulsion.co.uk/

    Pensions online (NHSBSA) and SPPA websites are only accessible via the internal NHS Network (N3).

  8. On the SPPA website, go to Annual Return > Bulk Upload.

  9. Go toBrowse, select the file created by IRIS KashFlow Payroll and Upload.

Leavers will not get an SD55 during the year end process. Leavers should have an SD55 produced before making them a leaver.
