This is completed after the year end process.

To produce the SD55:

  1. Select the required company.

  2. Select Reports > GP Pension Reports.

    Select Reports > GP Pension Reports.

  3. Select the year.

  4. Select a report to export and choose SD55.

  5. Check the periods cover the full year.

    If you can choose April to March you may have started using IRIS KashFlow Payroll part way through the year or you have not finalised.

  6. Select Export to produce the SD55.

  7. Transfer the data from the form.

Pensions online (NHSBSA) and SPPA websites are only accessible via the internal NHS Network (N3).

Leavers will not get an SD55 during the year end process. Leavers should have an SD55 produced before making them a leaver.
