Step 10: End of year pension statements (England and Wales)

IRIS GP Payroll allows you to print an SD55 form for each employee, and we have designed the printed version to resemble the agency’s web-based form; you can use the information on the printed SD55 to complete the online SD55.

Leavers will not get an SD55 during the year end process. Leavers should have an SD55 produced before making a leaver.

  1. Go to End of Year > Step 4 - Produce End-of-Year- Pension statements.

    Go to End of Year > Step 4 - Produce End-of-Year- Pension statements.

  2. Select OK to print / preview.

  3. Select Cancel to go back.

  4. Transfer the data from the form to NHSBSA Pensions Online.

    Pensions online (NHSBSA) and SPPA websites are only accessible via the internal NHS Network (N3).
