Service Performance Resolution – 04/03/2026

As you know, we have been investigating an issue impacting IRIS Recruitment. We are pleased to confirm service has been successfully restored, and our system is working as normal.

Declined Interview data loss - February 2026

Following a recent code change released as part of a bug fix, an issue was identified where interview feedback for declined candidates was not saved for a period of 05/02/26 - 22/02/26.

This issue has now been resolved, and any feedback submitted from 23 February onwards will be saved as expected. Unfortunately, it is not possible to recover feedback that was entered during the affected period.

As a precaution, we recommend liaising with your hiring managers to obtain any missing feedback. This can then be added to the candidate record as a note, should a copy be required in future.
