April 2025: Product updates
We're pleased to announce the latest update to IRIS Recruitment.
These release notes contain a detailed breakdown of any new features or enhancements that have been developed, as well as any bug fixes that we have implemented. Our development teams release to production every 2 weeks on average, so our monthly updates contain multiple development releases.
Bugs may have been reported via the Support Desk, fed back to us internally, or found during our testing processes. Due to the bespoke nature of our software, there may be certain bugs reported that you haven't experienced in your system.

New Features
Staffology Integration – Additional Data Fields
We’ve expanded the Staffology integration to support up to 65 mapped fields, allowing clients to seamlessly transfer more data into Staffology HR. This enhancement ensures greater flexibility and data consistency across platforms.
Staffology Integration – Lookup Importer
A new feature now enables the automated import of Staffology HR lookups via API directly into IRIS Recruitment. This reduces manual configuration time and streamlines the setup process.

| Expiring Vacancies Creating Duplicates on Total Jobs | Resolved an issue where expired vacancies in the Total Jobs integration were causing duplicate postings. |
| Modal Overlay Not Closing | Fixed an issue where the modal overlay remained visible after adding a candidate to a folder in the "more details" view. |
| Notifications Not Sending | Resolved an issue where notifications created in the notifications module were not being sent. |
| Unable to Redact CV | Fixed a bug preventing manual redaction of CVs from working as expected. |
| Incorrect Authorisation Team Access (Old Design) | Addressed a permissions issue in the old design where team members could access authorisations not assigned to them. |
| Cannot Add Note to Applicant | Fixed a bug causing the system to freeze when adding notes to candidates from the three-column view in the new design. |
| Cannot Add Candidates to Folder | Resolved a system freeze that occurred when adding candidates to a folder from the three-column view in the new design. |
| Publishing Options Not Displaying When Reopened | Fixed an issue where ATSi screening questions disappeared upon reopening the publishing wizard, ensuring consistent publishing behaviour. |
| ‘Offers Requiring My Response’ Loads Incorrect Tab | Resolved a UI issue where selecting “Offers Requiring My Response” opened the wrong tab in the new design. |
| Unintended Authorisation Display in New Design | Fixed an issue where users without the authorisation module were incorrectly shown authorisation-related pages in the new design. |
| Incorrect Screening Questions in ATSi Publishing Wizard | Addressed an issue where incorrect screening questions appeared during multiple simultaneous publishing actions. |
| Onboarding Access Before Invite Sent | Resolved a bug where candidates could access the onboarding portal before the invitation had been sent. |
| Agency Ownership Conflict | Fixed an issue where candidates submitted via an agency were causing ownership conflicts when the candidate already existed in the system. |
