We're pleased to announce the latest update to IRIS Networx.
These release notes contain a detailed breakdown of any new features or enhancements that have been developed, as well as any bug fixes that we have implemented. Our development teams release to production every 2 weeks on average, so our monthly updates contain multiple development releases.
Bugs may have been reported via the Support Desk, fed back to us internally, or found during our testing processes. Due to the bespoke nature of our software, there may be certain bugs reported that you haven't experienced in your system.

New features
Introduction of New PDF Viewer to System
Following client feedback on document viewing throughout the system, we have introduced a new PDF document viewer to enhance the user experience.
Indeed Apply - Check for System License
Implemented internal improvements to the Indeed Apply module for enhanced configuration.
Indeed Apply - Exclude from Feed
Made internal improvements to the Indeed Apply module for better configuration.
User Interface
Authorised Awaiting Creation
Enhanced the new navigation UI for roles that are authorised and awaiting creation.

| Issue | Description |
| Unable to view More Details from Candidate Actions | In the three-column view, the More Details option was not visible in some situations when selecting candidates. |
| Vacancy Auth Results Not Showing on Page Load | In the new navigation vacancy authorisation area, vacancy requests were not loading automatically as intended. |
| Recent Applications Showing as Anonymised | Addressed an issue with data purge settings that prematurely anonymised candidates. |
| Declined Candidates No Longer Show in Interviews Tab | When candidates were declined, they were removed from the interview tab, making interview history less accessible. |
| History Incorrectly Showing Candidates as Shortlisted | In some cases, candidates who were declined were incorrectly displayed as shortlisted instead of declined. |
| Client User Can See Other Client’s Folders | Fixed an issue where candidate folders were incorrectly displayed in the wrong candidate database. |
| Notifications with no Structure level don't send | Issue where notifications that were configured without a structure level were not sending as intended. |
| Vacancy history not displaying for IRIS Networx Users | When logged in as a internal Networx Admin a vacancies history was not displaying within the history tab of a vacancy. |
| Error when booking telephone interview | When booking telephone interviews in certain scenarios the system was erroring. |
| Candidates details not loading from Quick Links | When viewing candidates via the quick links feature candidates were not loading as intended. |
| Client Icon has box covering it when viewed on mobile device | If a client's logo was over a certain size, it was getting blocked by a component within the reference form when a referee was completing the form. |
| Duplicate notifications being sent | When notifications were being triggered the system was sending 2 instead of the intended 1. |

| Next Button Not Showing Correctly | Resolved an issue where the Next button in interview feedback was not displaying correctly in certain situations. |
| Uploaded documents aren’t attaching to interview emails | When uploading attachments to interview confirmation emails documents were not uploading correctly. |
