October 2024: Product updates

We're pleased to announce the latest update to IRIS Networx.

These release notes contain a detailed breakdown of any new features or enhancements that have been developed, as well as any bug fixes that we have implemented. Our development teams release to production every 2 weeks on average, so our monthly updates contain multiple development releases.

Bugs may have been reported via the Support Desk, fed back to us internally, or found during our testing processes. Due to the bespoke nature of our software, there may be certain bugs reported that you haven't experienced in your system.

New features

New Module: A.I Tools

  • New Feature: AI Tools includes the ability for the system to generate advert text using AI along with parameters fed into it. This can be found in the advert editor.

October 2024 – System bugs

Issue Description
Uploading document removes answers on application form Bug fixed that caused the system to remove authorisation from answers when a document was uploaded.
Error when returning to vacancy Issue resolved where viewing online test results caused an unexpected system error in old design.
Update Twitter recruitment source Updated the X (Twitter) icon to reflect the new platform logo.
No formatting when booking interview from Book Interview task Formatting improved when booking an interview via a certain pathway.
Error when accessing Notification Settings Error fixed that caused an unexpected error when users tried to access notification settings.
Unable to add candidate note Fix implemented to enable adding candidate notes in the new design.
Data Purge description not accurate Vacancy Data Purge description updated to more accurately reflect what is purged by the system.
Postponing interview doesn’t move candidate back to shortlist Improvement implemented to ensure candidates are moved back to shortlist when their interview is postponed.
Unable to access candidate details from Offers in Progress Bug fixed that caused unexpected errors when users tried to access offers in progress from the standard system dashboard.
Error when reordering extract fields Error resolved that caused continuous loading when users tried to reorder data extract fields.
Styling breaking when switching tabs on vac overview Improved UI stability when switching tabs in the new design vacancy overview.
Hide Facebook Candidate Login Button Login/Sign Up via Facebook has been temporarily removed from the front-end while the integration is upgraded.

Issue Description
Unable to publish vacancy Bug fixed that caused blockers when publishing in new design.
No formatting on screen after resending Line Manager Endorsement form Bug fixed that caused blockers when publishing in new design.
Online Test Results don’t display Issue resolved where viewing online test results caused an unexpected system error in new design.
Applicant scoring applicant number covered by arrow UI improvement added to prevent scoring numbers from being hidden behind icons unintentionally.
Unable to create interviewers Improvement ensures consistency in all routes of booking interviews, including adding "create interviewers" availability on telephone interview types.
Unable to access Teams Error fixed that caused an unexpected error when users tried to access Teams settings.
